Bronchitis Definition


Bronchitis is an inflammation of the airways leading to the lungs (bronchi), resulting in a persistent cough that produces a considerable amount of phlegm.

Bronchitis is usually caused by an infection and sometimes by allergies or chemical irritations, such as atmospheric pollution and smoke (cigarettes). You can do many things to avoid pollutants and if you are smoking there are many methods to help you quit including smoking medication.

How to Cure Bronchitis with Natural Treatments


Home remedy for bronchitis:
1. Warm castor oil planet leaves on a pan. Cool and spread on the chest for the night (beware! castor oil plant is poisonous).

2. Mix mustard powder and equal amount of flour and water. Smear on the chest area. Beware! Some people have sensitive skin so the mustard might sting, test on a small area first.

Bronchitis natural treatment:
1. Drink fresh cabbage juice every day.

2. Pour a cup of boiling water into a cup with grind/ cut horseradish root, wait 5 minutes and drink. Repeat 3 times a day.

3. Put half a teaspoon of licorice root tea in a cup of hot water, wait 10 minutes, strain and drink. Repeat 3 times daily to treat bronchitis.
