Home Remedies For Breast Milk

Breast Milk Definition

Breast milk is produced by women from after they give birth for as long as the new baby needs to be nourished by his mother's milk.

Breast milk is very healthy and full of nutrition. It provides the primary source of nutrition for newborns before they are able to digest more diverse foods. Breast milk also contains balanced nutrients that are required for brain development, growth and a healthy immune system that acts against viruses, bacteria, and parasites. Since an infant's immune system is not fully developed until age 2, human milk provides a distinct advantage over formula.
