Arteriosclerosis develops with aging. The cause for arteriosclerosis is not certain but related to: genes, obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol levels, smoking, lack of exercise, and more.

How to Cure Arteriosclerosis with Natural Treatments


  • 1. Grate one lemon peel, saturate in warm water over night. Take one teaspoon 3 times a day with meal. Can also eat added to food or plain.
  • 2. Drink carrot juice daily to help with arteriosclerosis
  • 3. Mix equal amount of honey and lemon juice and swallow 1 teaspoon before bed time.
  • 4. Blanch parsley in a cup of water and drink
  • 5. Eat garlic and onion daily with every meal
  • 6. Squeeze an onion and drink 1 teaspoon of the juice daily
  • 7. Eat spinach every day
