  • 1. Drink daily: 2-3 cups of white cabbage juice
  • 2. Eat a lot of dried fruits
  • 3. Eat a lot of cooked lentils
  • 4. Eat liver, lamb, apples and quince
  • 5. Anemia natural treatment: blanch parsley leaves and drink
  • 6. Blanch Nettle leaves and drink 3-4 cups daily
  • 7. Eat a lot of dates to help with the anemia
  • 8. Eat a lot of leafy greens: lettuce, spinach and more
