Uses of Honey

Honey is a sweet, sticky substance produced by honey bees from nectar, which is partially digested and regurgitated into honeycomb. Humans have harvested honey for thousands of years, primarily as a food source, a natural sweetener, and a natural medicine. Honey has antibacterial properties as well as being an excellent source of energy.
