Almonds May Aid Weight Loss

There are so many diets out there today, yet most people miss the basics and never achieve their intended level of weight loss. It might be a shocker, but almonds have been shown to aid weight loss.

Four independent studies showed how almonds lowered LDL and broke down cholesterol. Almonds are healthy as it is, but these new findings help to increase their usefulness in over all health as well as an important aid in dieting.

Of course these findings go a long way to substantiating Raw Foods as a successful way to lose weight. Remember most raw foodists put a lot of emphasis on nuts.
