Peppermint: An Ancient Tool Against the Common Cold and Nausea

Peppermint is an incredible herb. Not only does it taste great, but it has some amazing healing properties to it.

Peppermint is known to offset nausea and other digestive issues. It also alleviates cold symptoms. Interestingly enough peppermint can stimulate one's appetite.

Peppermint can be taken in tea form or can even be baked into cookies and brownies. Of course if you are suffering from a cold or nausea drinking peppermint as a tea seems like a much better option. Some people even turn peppermint into an extract for maximum potency. No matter which way you consume it peppermint is an excellent herb for healing.
