Make Stomach Problems Disappear…With Apple Cider Vinegar

Have you ever suffered from major stomach problems for no reason at all? Have you ever eaten something that just did not quite agree with you? Well maybe apple cider vinegar could help you and your stomach out. Take 1 cup of water and mix it with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Make sure it is mixed very well and sip on the mixture for about 10 minutes. You should start to see improvements in just a few minutes after sipping on the mixture.

Apple cider vinegar can also act as a protective layer in your colon. This will help in soothing some cases of diarrhea. Even though you may use apple cider vinegar as a way to treat diarrhea, you should still see a doctor if the diarrhea has not improved in a few days. Because of the acidic quality of vinegar you may notice a worsening in your stomach problems.
