Stop Dizziness

We've all experienced being dizzy. Most of the time we shrug it off and continue with our day, but sometimes it get's the best of us. Most people assume there is nothing they can do about being dizzy. Well think again.


Here are some home remedies for dizziness:

  • Drink lots of water
  • Eat foods high in Vitamin C
  • Take a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar can be taken daily
  • Squeeze the skin between the eyebrows
  • Put your head between your knees



It is never fun being dizzy and although we make through each time, the above home remedies for dizziness can help handle any level of being dizzy.
