Curing Diarrhea: It's All About Food

Everybody hates to have diarrhea. It's not pleasant and sometimes it is hard to get rid of. In the past I have been told just to drink a lot of water and let it pass as a good diarrhea home remedy. Other people have suggested to eat toast or bananas.

Well the above certainly works, but I thought I would bring some other food that has been known to end diarrhea:

  • Almonds
  • Broad Beans
  • Carob
  • Carrots
  • Cinnamon
  • Indian Corn
  • Lemon
  • Lentils
  • Myrtle
  • Oats
  • Peaches
  • Pine
  • Pomegranate
  • Prickly Pear
  • Quince
  • Radish

I hope these offer you a little more variety than the standard diarrhea home remedy, I know they were just what I needed.
