Treating Yeast Infections…Naturally

This is for all the women who may have trouble finding ways to treat yeast infections, without having to use harsh gels and creams that may not actually work. You can use a mixture of warm water and lactobacillus (derived straight from plants). Lactobacillus is known for being able to kill the candida bacteria that causes yeast infections. There are also a number of herbs that works wonders in treating yeast infections. A few of these herbs are ginger, bee pollen, lobelia, passion flower, ginkgo, suma, burdock, and kelp.

Some basic ways to help shorten the length of time of the yeast infections, you can be sure to stay away from high carb foods such as cheese, chocolate, oats, raw mushrooms, vinegar, and especially alcohol. I know it may be hard, but you need to stay away from these sugary foods so you will not produce even more yeast for the yeast infection to thrive on.
